  • ​All abstracts must be written in English and submitted electronically.

  • Go to ABSTRACT FORM, fill-in the Presenting Author, Institution, Tel. No., Fax. No. and email address.

  • Prepare your abstract (not exceeding 300 words) using Arial, 12-point font as doc file (not pdf file). The abstract MUST BE in TEXT ONLY. No GRAPH or TABLE is allowed. Abstract should contain a Title, Names of all authors (underline the name of the presenting author), Institutions and Addresses, etc. An abstract should contain a brief introductory statement of the research followed by a summary of the results, and a statement of the conclusions.

  • Standard abbreviations should be used throughout. Any special or unusual abbreviations should be spelled out in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. It is recommended that you use a minimum number of abbreviations in your abstract.

  • Symbols (such as Greek symbols) can be used (prepare in word document and paste in the abstract space provided).

  • Bold faced, underlined and italic characters can be used while preparing your abstract.

  • Include the acknowledgements of the source(s) of research support at the bottom line of the abstract.

  • Check carefully for any misspellings and/or typographical errors before pressing SUBMIT button.

  • Upon successful submission, you will receive an email confirmation with an abstract reference number. Please use this number in all future correspondences with respect to your abstract.
