Personal Cancellation: must be in writing; those received by 30 June 2014 will incur a 50% administration fee; thereafter no refund is provided for cancellation.

 

Political Problems: In the event that the 7th AOHUPO/ 9th PST Conference is cancelled due to political circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
